Tenor: Andrew Yeats

The Third Frome Festival Summer School presents two performances of Verdi’s dramatic Requiem Mass. Verdi’s operatic genius lends itself well to this most evocative of liturgical scripts. The sheer terror depicted in the Dies Irae still shocks today, whilst the beauty of the bel canto writing is undeniably Verdi at his very best. Book quickly!

With advances in genetics will we see a revolution in healing or a world without ethical boundaries? Representatives of the medical profession and complementary medicine will contribute to the discussion over a pleasant drink. For more information telephone 01373 454210.
