A Walk to the Trees10.30am

Somerset Youth Orchestra and the Frome Festival Summer School Choir with Peter Donohoe (Piano); Sally Harrison (Soprano); Riccardo Simonetti (Baritone); Chorus Master Jeffrey Skidmore; Conductor Jason Thornton.
The 5th Frome Festival Annual Summer School Production presents a unique collaboration with Somerset Music and International Artist in Residence Peter Donohoe. The orchestra joins the choir for a monumental performance of Vaughan Williams' A Sea Symphony, involving some 250 musicians, coupled with Liszt's mighty 2nd Piano Concerto. This production tours to Germany the following week. Book early!
