The Festival Club, The Fez Club, Mrs B's Festival Café & Festival Breakfasts
It's BACK! The musical heartbeat of the festival, The Festival Club, returns in a brand new venue and offering an even stronger line-up of bold international music and entertainment than ever before.
Based in the Assembly Rooms, The Festival Club presents a fantastic programme of evening live music, including stunning female acoustic, mesmerising North African and international beats, Deep South gospel and blues, old-time bluegrass, exciting new guitar bands, and eclectic string-tinged pop. Even the Football World Cup Final is catered for, with a chance to watch the final on a big screen and then enjoy a band to either celebrate or wallow in joy or sorrow.
And this year the Festival Club has a NEW darker off-shoot, The Fez Club, offering later entertainment after the main evening events, with more stunning live music, film, projection, DJs and a place to chill-out, relax or dance, promising a diverse, off-the-wall and experimental mixture of the highest quality entertainment.
And our new venue means another NEW addition to the festival with Mrs B's Festival Café and Bar offering delicious hot and cold snacks, light meals, cakes, treats, hot drinks and other refreshments throughout the daytime workshops and all evening events. And as you'd expect, both the Festival
Club and the Fez Club will both have an ever-present bar if you fancy something slightly stronger or longer.
Also NEW for this year are two mellow Festival Sunday Breakfasts. So prepare for the day ahead (or recover from the night before) with live classical music and jazz by the finest local musicians accompanied by a delicious breakfast from Mrs B's festival café.
