To keep your Festival running – and it is one of the best community Festivals in the country – we need the people who love it to join us. We need your support, your backing and your money!
The Festival acts as co-ordinator to most of the programme which means that though there is a huge diversity of events most of the money from tickets does not come back to the Festival. We also promote (and fund) a number of key events for which we take the financial risk and any profit. We really want to maintain the variety of the programme, continue to present high quality music – classical, popular and jazz, promote top class acts, comedy, talks and arts and encourage local talent to produce the dynamic display Frome has become used to for next 12 years and more.
To do this we need a regular income – to run the office efficiently, manage the complexity of pulling the Festival together and fund the very small and talented creative team who make the Festival happen.
Developing a core of committed Friends will help us do this. There are 3 different levels of support, each with a range of benefits.
